01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between elon and all users of the site. By using any service, game, or betting platform on elon, you automatically agree to these Terms.

elon operates online casino, sports betting, and live casino services for Bangladeshi users. Before accessing the site, please familiarise yourself with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is authoritative. In the event of any conflict with a translation or summary, this original Bengali version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on elon, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may open only one account. Operating or attempting to operate more than one account is prohibited.
• You must confirm that participating in online gaming or betting is lawful for you under the laws of your country.
• The account may not be operated on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and address provided at registration must be correct. If any information changes, notify elon's support team immediately. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any balance.

2.3 Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify elon.

03 Account Verification

elon follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Documents may be requested to confirm a user's identity when necessary. elon reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete.

Documents commonly required for verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• An official document to verify date of birth
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account used

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

elon currently accepts deposits via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please notify us via live chat.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, elon may place a withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

4.3 Unused Balance

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, elon may apply an account maintenance fee after a specified notice. Contact the support team for details.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

elon offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular members. Please read the specific terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This means that if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing (৳2,000 × 15).

5.2 Other Promotions

elon runs several special offers including weekly reload rewards, slots festival bonuses, cricket victory promotions, and birthday gifts. Each offer has its own terms and validity period.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus promotion applies only once per user, per household, per address, or per mobile number.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Following unusual betting patterns to take advantage of bonuses (such as opposing bets or stake avoiding) may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• elon reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets on elon are settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Each market has its own specific rules for cricket, football, and other sports. In the event of any dispute over the outcome of an event, elon's decision shall be considered final.

6.2 Obvious Pricing Errors

If any odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error, elon reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

6.3 Multiple Accounts and Syndicate Betting

Any attempt to collect bonuses, match odds, or manipulate the system using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Casino Games

All slots, live casino, and table games available on elon are operated by third-party software providers and use their own RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

elon may suspend or permanently close an account without notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering
• Using or allowing use of an account by a person under 21 years of age
• Operating multiple accounts
• Playing on behalf of another person or using another person's funds

If a violation is proven upon account closure, deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited. If you wish to close your account yourself, please submit a request through the support team.

If you wish to restrict or close your account as part of responsible gaming, elon also provides that option.

08 Mobile App Usage

elon's Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. The same terms and conditions apply to use of the app. elon is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of apps downloaded from third-party sources.

All transactions and betting made through the app are fully covered by these Terms. If your device is lost or stolen, notify the support team immediately and change your password.

09 Limitation of Liability

elon may temporarily or permanently suspend any service for any reason — maintenance, technical issues, or otherwise. elon will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

• If an internet connection is lost or a device malfunctions, the outcome of any bet or game in progress at that time will be determined based on the data stored on the server.
• elon is not directly liable for faults in a third-party game provider's software, but will endeavour to resolve the issue.
• elon always limits a user's maximum total liability to the amount of that user's net deposits.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about the outcome of a bet or a transaction, you must raise it with elon's support team via live chat or email within 30 days of the event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

elon will review complaints and endeavour to resolve them as quickly as possible. elon's decision on all disputes shall be considered final and conclusive unless legally proven otherwise.
